We are in the process of having some work done in our garage with your company Ideal Garage Solutions. Yesterday, we had the pleasure of having some work done by Mark Dingemans. I had to tell you what an absolutely amazing experience we had with him. He was polite, professional, and over the top in the work he completed for us. You are very lucky to have him as an employee — he was an evangelist for your company and portrayed your company in a very professional and over delivering light.

We are very pleased that we selected Ideal Garage Solutions to install our overhead racks. Mark called 10 minutes before he arrived to tell us he was almost there, arrived on time, was very friendly, and got the job done quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The racks look great and he had good recommendations regarding placement of the racks and how to align them for the best access considering our garage layout. The price was also very good and better than another competitor we called for a quote. We recommend this company and would use them again.

Good quality product. Mark came out to give me an estimate and had the product with him on the truck and was able to do the install the same day. Mark worked diligently to finish the install within the estimated timeframe, was very professional, cleaned up after himself, and bless his heart, he even put a bunch of my storage bins up on the shelves for me. Nice touch! It makes a big difference in the garage having all my “stuff” up off the floor and stored overhead and out of the way.
